Sales brochure for TB Projects
The background:
TB Projects is a luxury-prime construction company specialising in high-end new builds and refurbishments. They wanted a sales brochure for TB Projects, to give to potential clients and architects when tendering for projects. The sales brochure needed to include details about their services and show examples of their new build and refurbishment projects. It also needed to show testimonials from existing happy clients.
First impressions were very important to the client, and so the design needed to be clean, simple and to the point, but also personable, outlining clearly what they do and the benefits their services bring to their clients. The design needed to be modern, professional, and sympathetic with their current corporate identity.
The solution:
We took style cues from the clients existing website and, using the brand yellow with transparent black boxes, created a simple but bold layout that lets the images do the talking. CGI mockups were mixed with real-world photography to present the clients skill sets visually, with testimonials scattered throughout to add credibility to the clients claims.
An introduction from the Managing Director, complete with a digitised signature, adds a personal touch to the brochure.
