Background
A nationwide group of health care professionals offering private diagnostic ultrasound scans and pregnancy ultrasound scans throughout the UK. Palmiero Design have been involved in producing visual communications material soon after the business began as Babybond® in 1998.
Design Brief
To evolve and update an existing corporate identity to help position more clearly the difference between the organisation’s two main service categories in diagnostic ultrasound:
- Scans for both women and men
- Pregnancy scans
Design Solution
More simplified colour pallet (light blue and warm grey) plus complimentary colours (such as orange and pink) to support the extended service areas.
Use of Arial Rounded font for the babybond and ultrasound direct logos.
Introduction of branded wave consisting of intersecting curves are used to delineate between plain white and solid light blue coloured areas.
