Background
Orange Badge Mobility Solutions offer an extensive range of personal mobility equipment to a large customer base in the south east of England. Their main product lines include; Electric Scooters and Powerchairs, Manual Wheelchairs, Stairlift Systems, Reclining Chairs, Beds and Easy Access Baths and Showers.
Design Brief
Produce a new contemporary company logo which will be attractive to this particular target audience. Not to patronise non-disabled customers in this sensitive market place. Develop a new corporate identity and how the brand styling is applied to a variety of communications materials including:
- Company logo design
- Establish use of new fonts and colour pallet
- Design of full stationery suite and order forms
- Product catalogue design
Design Solution
A bright and colourful logo was developed to bring a feel good factor to the brand. A leaf symbol was created and arranged around the company name to form part of a flower. This shape signifies well being, optimism and sustainability, all values associated with how Orange Badge looks to support their customers.
The logo is complimented with a clean and modern typeface, displayed using strong tones of contrasting orange and yellow.
