Background
Detail DMC are a design consultancy and construction company that has bought together all the required disciplines to handle the whole delivery process through survey, design, quantity surveying and construction.
Design Brief
Design and produce a brochure to promote a new property development, “The Print Chambers”. The Print Chambers brings a selection of 14 one and two bedroom modern and sustainable living apartments to the market. The interior style has been developed and nurtured by experienced design professionals with a keen eye into moving West Bromwich town centre living to an enhanced level with this unique and distinct product.
Design Solution
A brand logo was created to represent elements and architectural features of the historic building. The front cover used special printing techniques such as copper foiling on the logo to add a high end quality feel to the development. Clean modern design style used throughout along with imagery and CGIs of the new development. These were supported with technical information, floor plans of the properties, location map of the development and history of the local area.
